Delete Your ArroundU Account
ArroundU users can permanently delete their account and associated data in two ways: directly from inside the ArroundU mobile app, or by submitting a deletion request through this website. No login is required to use this page.
ArroundU Inc. will process verified requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Option 1: Delete inside the app
This is the fastest way to delete your ArroundU account.
- Open the ArroundU mobile app.
- Go to your Profile.
- Tap the Settings gear icon.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
Option 2: Request deletion through the website
If you cannot access the app, fill out the form below. ArroundU Inc. may contact you at the email address you provide to verify that you own the account before we process the deletion.
What will be deleted
After we verify your request, ArroundU will delete data associated with your account, including where applicable:
- • Account profile
- • Name, username, email address, and profile photo
- • Bio and profile details
- • Posts and stories
- • Follow and follower relationships
- • Direct messages and scheduled messages associated with the account
- • Location-related account data
- • Uploaded photos and other user-generated content
- • Account preferences and settings
Information we may retain
Limited information may be retained when required for:
- • Legal obligations
- • Fraud prevention
- • Security investigations
- • Dispute resolution
- • Enforcement of ArroundU's Terms and community safety policies
Any retained information will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
How long deletion takes
After we verify your request, we aim to process account deletion within 30 days. In some cases, backup systems may take additional time to fully remove residual copies.
Verification
To protect your account, ArroundU Inc. may contact you at the email address submitted with your request to confirm account ownership before deletion is processed.
